WELCOME to the Toronto Field Hockey Club.
The TFHC is Toronto's and the province of Ontario's original field hockey club (founded in 1954) and is one of the largest field hockey clubs in Ontario. We run field hockey programs for boys, girls, women, men and masters (over 35 years old) athletes. Our members range from beginner, recreational, competitive and elite. New members are always welcome.
We play outdoor field hockey on artificial turf during the summer and indoor field hockey during the winter. House leagues are organized during the outdoor and indoor seasons. Our boys, girls, women’s and men’s teams play in leagues and tournaments against other clubs. Weekly practices are run by our coaches to help us improve and further enjoy field hockey.
The TFHC plays an active role in its community by helping organize junior field hockey (girls and boys) in the Toronto District School Board as umpires and coaches. The TFHC has conducted an annual TDSB boys high school teams field hockey tournament since 2005.
The culture at the TFHC is about sharing the enjoyment of playing field hockey with your team mates in a supportive, respectful, learning environment.
